Outcast Icon LLC ("Outcast Icon," "we," "us") runs outcasticons.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you provide it), and the details of your order. Payments are handled by our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • When you contact us: your name, email address, and anything you include in your message, such as custom order details or design ideas.
  • When you visit the site: our website platform (Webador) may automatically collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies needed for the site and cart to work. Webador also provides us with basic visitor statistics (such as page views) through its built-in, privacy-friendly analytics tool. We do not currently use advertising tracking pixels.

How we use your information

  • To process, print, ship, and deliver your order, and to send order and shipping updates
  • To respond to your questions and custom order requests
  • To run, secure, and improve our website
  • To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others' advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

  • Our website and store platform (Webador)
  • Our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe
  • Shipping carriers, such as USPS, to deliver your order
  • Our email provider (Gmail), which we use to send order and customer emails

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, customers, or others.

Email marketing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link or instructions. You can also email us at the address below to be removed. We honor requests promptly, and always within 10 business days. We will still send emails about orders you place.

Cookies

Cookies keep your cart working and help the site function. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work without them. Our site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes (generally 7 years).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by contacting us below. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we will honor them as required.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures, and rely on our platform and payment providers' security, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
