Custom Order Agreement

By submitting a custom order to Outcast Icon LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Right to Refuse Service

Outcast Icon LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or request modifications to any custom design order at any time and for any reason.

We do not produce designs that contain content deemed obscene, profane, sexually explicit, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with our brand standards and Christian-based values. All determinations regarding acceptable content shall be made exclusively by Outcast Icon LLC.

2. Design Approval & Proofing

If a mock-up or proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all details, including spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, and design placement.

Written approval of the proof constitutes final authorization to proceed with production. Once approval is given, Outcast Icon LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

By submitting a custom design, the customer represents and warrants that they own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, text, or other materials included in the design.

Outcast Icon LLC does not verify ownership of submitted content and assumes no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided materials. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outcast Icon LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from alleged or actual infringement.

4. Production & Turnaround Times

All turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing. Production timelines begin after final design approval and payment have been received.

Outcast Icon LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, supply shortages, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the custom nature of these products, all custom orders are final sale. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued once production has started, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or errors made solely by Outcast Icon LLC.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Requests for order changes or cancellations must be made in writing prior to production. Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations will be permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

Outcast Icon LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a custom order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Custom Order Agreement in its entirety.
