TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General Overview
By accessing, using, or purchasing from Outcast Icon LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all website visitors and customers.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have reviewed the applicable product information and policies before completing your purchase.
2. Products & Orders
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products. Because products are viewed on different screens and devices, slight differences in appearance may occur.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, sizing information, personalization selections, shipping information, and other order details before completing a purchase.
Outcast Icon LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when permitted by law, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, prohibited content, misuse of our services, or violations of these Terms.
3. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created according to the information, selections, and materials provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information—including names, spelling, wording, sizing, design requests, colors, placement instructions, and other requested details—is correct.
If a proof or mock-up is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving it before production.
Once a custom order has entered production, it is considered final sale and cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect or an error made solely by Outcast Icon LLC.
Additional terms governing custom orders are provided in the Custom Order Agreement below.
4. Payment & Pricing
Full payment is required before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Outcast Icon LLC.
Prices, product availability, promotions, and other offers are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or listing errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer before proceeding with the order.
5. Processing & Shipping
Standard processing time is generally 3-4 business days for most orders. Custom orders may require additional time depending on design complexity, proof approval, product availability, and other factors.
Processing and turnaround times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been agreed to in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays or disruptions caused by the carrier or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Outcast Icon LLC may affect delivery times.
If an order is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us so we can assist with determining the appropriate next steps.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Eligible non-custom items may be returned or exchanged according to the Return/Refund/Exchange Policy provided below.
Custom-designed and personalized products are final sale once production has begun and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Outcast Icon LLC, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Custom Orders
Requests to change or cancel a custom order must be made before production begins.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or changed and are final sale, except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect or an error made solely by Outcast Icon LLC.
Non-Custom Orders
Requests to cancel or modify a non-custom order should be made as soon as possible.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it. However, eligible non-custom items may still be returned or exchanged according to our Return/Refund/Exchange Policy.
8. Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before completing an order. Sizing may vary depending on garment style, manufacturer, or product.
Customers should review available sizing information before purchasing.
Eligible non-custom apparel may qualify for a size return or exchange according to our Return/Refund/Exchange Policy.
Because custom products are made specifically for the customer, selecting an incorrect size does not constitute a manufacturing defect or an error by Outcast Icon LLC.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original designs, graphics, photographs, website content, branding, and other materials created and owned by Outcast Icon LLC are the intellectual property of Outcast Icon LLC.
Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or resold without permission.
Customer-provided logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, names, and other customer-owned materials remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Customer Conduct
We expect customers to communicate respectfully when using our services.
Outcast Icon LLC may refuse or discontinue service when permitted by law, including in cases involving harassment, threats, fraud, abusive conduct, misuse of our services, prohibited content, or violations of these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Outcast Icon LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Changes to These Terms
Outcast Icon LLC may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes will become effective when posted to our website unless otherwise stated.

CUSTOM ORDER AGREEMENT
By submitting or purchasing a custom order from Outcast Icon LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
1. Right to Refuse Custom Orders
Outcast Icon LLC reserves the right, when permitted by law, to refuse, cancel, or request modifications to a custom design or order.
We will not knowingly produce designs containing content that we determine to be obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with our brand standards and Christian-based values.
Acceptance of custom content is determined by Outcast Icon LLC, subject to applicable law.
2. Customer-Provided Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information for their custom order.
This includes, when applicable:
- Spelling and wording
- Names and dates
- Garment sizes
- Design placement
- Personalization information
- Requested design elements
- Customer-provided artwork, photographs, or logos
Outcast Icon LLC is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied and subsequently approved by the customer.
3. Design Approval & Proofing
When a mock-up or proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approval, including spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, personalization, and design placement.
Customer approval of a proof constitutes authorization for Outcast Icon LLC to proceed with production.
Once a proof has been approved, Outcast Icon LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in and accurately reproduced from the approved proof.
4. Intellectual Property & Customer-Provided Content
By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, text, or other materials for use in a custom order, the customer represents that they own the materials or have obtained the rights, licenses, or permissions necessary to authorize their reproduction.
The customer grants Outcast Icon LLC permission to use and reproduce submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to design, produce, and fulfill the requested order, unless additional permission is provided.
Outcast Icon LLC reserves the right to refuse materials that we reasonably believe may infringe another person's intellectual property rights.
The customer is responsible for claims arising from materials they provide or instruct Outcast Icon LLC to reproduce, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Original Designs Created by Outcast Icon
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, original artwork and design elements independently created by Outcast Icon LLC remain the intellectual property of Outcast Icon LLC.
Customer-specific information and customer-provided content—including personal photographs, names, personal information, business logos, or other customer-owned materials—will not be offered for resale as part of another product without appropriate permission.
6. Production & Turnaround Times
Production timelines begin after all required information, final design approval, and payment have been received.
All turnaround times are estimates unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Outcast Icon LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, product or supply shortages, severe weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Payment
Full payment is required before custom-order production begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
8. Custom Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted before production begins.
Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Because custom products are created specifically for the customer, they are final sale once production begins, except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect or an error made solely by Outcast Icon LLC.
9. Custom Order Refunds & Replacements
Custom orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or customer-approved design details.
If a custom item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or contains an error made solely by Outcast Icon LLC, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs showing the issue.
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Outcast Icon LLC's liability arising from a custom order will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Custom Order Agreement.
RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
At Outcast Icon LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with an eligible non-custom apparel item, we're happy to help.
1. Eligible Returns
Non-custom apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In its original condition
- Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or other conditions caused after delivery
- Returned with original tags, if applicable
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges:
- Custom-designed or personalized products once production has begun
- Items marked Final Sale
- Clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Custom items that arrive defective or contain an error made solely by Outcast Icon LLC will be handled according to the damaged, defective, or incorrect item provisions below.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible non-custom returns unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Outcast Icon LLC.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return results from an error by Outcast Icon LLC.
We recommend retaining tracking information for returned packages.
4. Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it meets the eligibility requirements of this policy.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
Eligible non-custom apparel may be exchanged subject to product and size availability.
If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible.
Custom-designed and personalized products are not eligible for size exchanges when the size originally ordered by the customer was correctly fulfilled.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Outcast Icon LLC within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order information and clear photographs showing the issue.
After reviewing the claim, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.
This provision does not cover damage caused by normal wear, improper washing or care, misuse, alteration, or damage occurring after delivery.
7. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Before returning an item, please contact Outcast Icon LLC at:
Include your order information and the reason for your return or exchange.
Do not send a return until you have received return instructions from us.
By making a purchase from Outcast Icon LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies applicable to your purchase.
Shipping
All orders ship free via USPS within the US. Orders ship within 3–4 business days, and USPS delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates. If we can't ship within the stated time, we'll notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

- Orders placed Dec 1–4 are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas
