1. General Overview

By accessing or purchasing from Outcast Icon LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.

2. Products & Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are created based on the information provided by the customer.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details (spelling, sizing, design requests) are correct before finalizing the order.

  • Outcast Icon LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.

  • Unless otherwise stated, previously created custom designs may be recreated and offered for sale.

3. Payment

  • Full payment is required before any order is processed.

  • Outcast Icon LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Processing & Shipping

  • Standard processing time is 5–10 business days for most orders. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.

  • Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has shipped, Outcast Icon LLC is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of many products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Approved refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer permitted.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content created by Outcast Icon LLC remain the property of the business.

  • Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

8. Customer Conduct

  • Outcast Icon LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misuse of our services will not be tolerated.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Outcast Icon LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Outcast Icon LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Custom Order Agreement

By submitting a custom order to Outcast Icon LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Right to Refuse Service

Outcast Icon LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or request modifications to any custom design order at any time and for any reason.

We do not produce designs that contain content deemed obscene, profane, sexually explicit, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with our brand standards and Christian-based values. All determinations regarding acceptable content shall be made exclusively by Outcast Icon LLC.

2. Design Approval & Proofing

If a mock-up or proof is provided, the customer is responsible for carefully reviewing all details, including spelling, grammar, layout, sizing, and design placement.

Written approval of the proof constitutes final authorization to proceed with production. Once approval is given, Outcast Icon LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

By submitting a custom design, the customer represents and warrants that they own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, text, or other materials included in the design.

Outcast Icon LLC does not verify ownership of submitted content and assumes no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided materials. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outcast Icon LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) resulting from alleged or actual infringement.

4. Production & Turnaround Times

All turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing. Production timelines begin after final design approval and payment have been received.

Outcast Icon LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, supply shortages, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Payments & Refunds

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the custom nature of these products, all custom orders are final sale. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued once production has started, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or errors made solely by Outcast Icon LLC.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Requests for order changes or cancellations must be made in writing prior to production. Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations will be permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

Outcast Icon LLC’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a custom order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Custom Order Agreement in its entirety.

Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

At Outcast Icon LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom apparel item, we’re happy to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

All custom-designed products are non-refundable and final sale once production has begun. Items marked as final sale or clearance are also non-returnable.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you need a different size, please contact us promptly.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

By making a purchase from Outcast Icon LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return Policy.
